Have a craving for Italian food made with locally grown ingredients? Stop by Malvern's Restaurant Alba.

This casual yet elegant restaurant seeks to create an atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious food in a comfortable setting. Come by for after-work drinks or enjoy a date night at Restaurant Alba.

How Restaurant Alba Got Its Start

Restaurant Alba opened its doors in 2005 with owners Sean and Kelly Weinberg. Sean and Kelly wanted Restaurant Alba to be a restaurant that uses high-quality, local food to create great Italian cuisine. Both the owners grew up around food and wanted to pass on that love of food into every dish in their restaurant.

In addition to using fresh, seasonal ingredients, Restaurant Alba also uses a state-of-the-art wood-burning grill. This grill uses live hickory and mesquite to bring out the flavors of various ingredients. This technique is inspired by wood-fired grills throughout Europe's countryside.

Beer, Wine, and Cocktails

Restaurant Alba has plenty of wine, draft beer, and cocktails to choose from if you're craving a good after-work drink or a friends' night out. Enjoy some espresso in your cocktail with an Espresso Martini. Try a drink you've maybe never had before, like a House Negroni with Bluecoat, Campari, and Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth.

Do you prefer wine? Restaurant Alba has an extensive wine list and has even won the Wine Spectacular's Award of Excellence for 2020. You can choose to order a whole bottle or just order a drink by the glass. Many of Restaurant Alba's wines are from small production, organic wineries.

Restaurant Alba's Menu

There are plenty of Italian dishes at Restaurant Alba for you to try. The menu changes often, so you can always have something new to sink your teeth into. Enjoy a bruschetta with whipped ricotta, honey, and sea salt, made on Restaurant Alba's wood-burning grill.

For dinner, dig into some potato gnocchi for some classic Italian fare. If you're looking for something a little bit different or maybe craving some meat, dig into the Berkshire pork with sweet potato purée and Brussels sprouts.
